The General Assembly entrusts its mandates to the FNEC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>Finance and Administration Committee<\/strong> composed of three members from the General Assembly, this committee serves as an intermediary body between the General Assembly and the FNEC.
