VERSION FRANÇAISE
WORDS FROM THE DIRECTOR

Summer has flown by at lightning speed. Mother Nature has already begun showing off her fall colours. In the distance I can hear the call of the moose mixed with the school bell and children’s laughter! Congratulations to everyone directly or indirectly involved in welcoming students back to school for a year like no other!

TECHNOLOGY

Technical Guide

The FNEC established a distance learning task team shortly following the COVID-19 outbreak in April 2020 to address the demand for information from member schools. The objective of the task team was to collect, collaborate, and research innovative approaches to distance learning models and present this work in the form of a guide to member schools. Further, the guide is aimed at providing schools information regarding technology support services available at the FNEC. The guide has been well received by Education leaders in member communities.

2021 INTER-SCHOOL GAMES

Your youth will have COVID-proof Games in 2021!

The cancellation of the 2020 Inter-school Games inevitably caused a void in our youth’s athletic and social lives.

In 2021, we won’t let the pandemic ruin our Games.

We are currently hard at work to come up with an improved
concept for the Games, which will allow youngsters to surpass themselves
in a COVID-safe setting.

Stay tuned for the upcoming unveiling of the new Inter-school games concept!
