Whether you are a member community with or without a school, you play an important role for students. That is why we work hand in hand with you, giving you our full support, to coordinate your training and development activities. We encourage ongoing improvement of the quality of instruction by providing school administration and educational support services on an on-demand basis. We also continue to support and build on innovative practices developed by our member community schools.

Professional services (pedagogical advice)
- Promoting professionnal and pedagogical development of the teams within each school
- Creating contacts and facilitating networking between:
- Coworkers within the same school
- The different schools
- Schools and the FNEC
- Providing guidance to schools of member communities in various fields, including:
- Preschool education
- Litteracy
- Numeracy
- Technopedagogy
- Specialised education
Complementary services and languages & culture
- Developing languages and culture programmes
- Creating programs and activities that aim to promote the adoption of a healthy lifestyle
- Offering counseling services aimed for school and professional growth
- Organizing and supporting parental and community involvement
School administration services
- Showcasing the efficient ways of operating of various member community schools and promote the educational services offered
- Supporting the strengthening of knowledge, skills and aptitudes of School Principles through professional development
- Helping School Principles to efficiently implement the Regional Education Agreement
- Facilitating networking between the School Principles of member communities and the FNEC
Regional and cross-curricular services
- Creation of the training : Formation de base en enseignement en milieu autochtone ;
- Management of the Yahndawa’ adult distance education web portal – to assist First Nations adults in obtaining their high school diploma by taking online courses
- Implantation of pedagogical cafés to keep the teaching staff informed on subjects of general interest in the field of teaching
